Who Am I?

Hey everyone! My name is Kally Macias, and I was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, have been with my husband for over a decade and have two fur babies that I adore.

Known to my friends and family as the world’s biggest social outcast, my idea of fun was hanging out alone in the hallways of my High School and working extensively on assignments.

Can you say introverted?

Ironically, I always managed to attract the most social crowds and friends. In fact, my best friend happens to have the largest network of friends of anyone I have ever known and has a polar opposite idea of fun, participating in many social weekend activities.

My husband is also a social butterfly, so you guessed it...opposites really do attract.

Let Me Take You Back

Growing up, my parents struggled at first as a young couple, however, us kids had no idea because my parents worked hard to make our live comfortable.

It wasn’t until middle school that my parents both began to become top earners in their company, they both built successful careers and were, both, labeled the best in their departments.

So, by the time we were in high school we were a well-off family.

Keynote, regardless of the financial comfort at home, my parents always taught us, and demonstrated themselves, it takes hard work to manifest the desires you want.

It was their work ethic example that taught me what hard work should look like and what it meant to be resourceful.

Entering Network Marketing

Not to soon before graduating college and to my parents’ shock, I entered the world of Network Marketing because, at the time, it went against every aspect of my personality and interests, including people.

I had no interest in interacting with people let alone picking up a profession that cannot grow nor operate without them.

Even my area of study would have never tipped them off to any interest in network marketing. I studied Art and earned my bachelor’s degree in Art Studio, never even took a single business course at any point throughout my 7-year college journey.

So why Network Marketing? Where did the interest peak?

The 60 hour a week job that I had at the time, while trying to balance studies, was getting to me, and eating away most of the time and energy I needed to focus. It was then that I had an opportunity shared with me that allowed me to envision the time freedom I could have.

You Can Have Anything You Want...

The rest is history. I have now been in this industry growing, learning, and teaching others the value of taking back their lives for over a decade now and am still so passionate about helping others grow their brands and their businesses.

Don’t get me wrong even though what you’ve heard thus far, are the highlights of my journey, however, I have been no stranger to the setbacks along the way.

This type of Industry takes focus and determination of developing grit that is necessary to overcome the many obstacles that come along with building a network marketing business.

A famous quote that I have always lived by, spoken by a very famous entrepreneurial woman, has always stuck with me and that is,
“You can have anything that you want if you really want it bad enough and are willing to pay the price”.

I often recite this to myself because it’s TRUE.

Anything worth having is going to take work. I also believe that not only does it take work but, it takes the willingness to adapt to change.

New Mindset

Much of that mindset is attributed to the ever-changing strategies used to build a successful network marketing business.

Learning to adapt to new systems is ultimately the survival of your business.

What do I mean by that?

Our ability to embrace new techniques is detrimental to being able to take your business to the next level, especially when strategies like making a list or chatting with anyone who can fog a mirror no longer worked.

I was calling and messaging strangers on Facebook and other social media platforms, sending cold messages to people in my phone who I haven’t talked to in years, warm chatting people in the grocery store, etc., sound familiar?

Discouragement was an understatement and don’t even get me started on the time I lost.

Then I discovered Attraction Marketing, what it is, and how it could effectively help me build more quality, quantity and grow in my business.

Attraction Marketing

Through this new effective strategy and concept of attracting prospects to me, I have begun to lead in a different way and personally grow in a different way and more abundantly.

Since implementing the Attraction Marketing formula into my business, I now have prospects direct messaging me, not the other way around and I have a larger warm market to build relationships with because of it. Not to mention, the time I’ve gained back which is priceless.

We can always make more money but, we can never make back our time. So being able to utilize my time more effectively through this new concept has giving me a whole new perspective on the possibilities of network marketing.

Which is why I’m so passionate about helping others discover and learn how the formula of Attraction Marketing can plug-in to their business and help them to add value back to their lives and their families.
