How to Use the “Reverse Invite Method” to Get Your Prospects to Invite Themselves to Take a Look at Your Business!

Does this sound familiar?

You're constantly inviting people to take a look at your business—but all too often you’re hearing a resounding “No!” or worse yet, “Let me think about it.” Kinda discouraging, right?

Maybe you've started thinking to yourself:

  • “Sheesh, I just want to stop CHASING people!”
  • “How do I get people to ASK ME about my business?”
  • “How can I transform the actions I'm taking into actual concrete results?”
  • Sometimes prospecting makes you feel like you're spinning your wheels, getting nowhere fast. But here's the truth: the problem with a lot of traditional methods is that most of what is taught simply doesn't work in the modern digital age. If you follow out-of-touch advice, you end up repelling people rather than attracting them.

What Is the "Reverse Invite Method"?

Every day, between 15 and 20 people reach out to us asking what we do. They are, quite literally, inviting themselves to take a look at our business.

Our method starts with creating curiosity. It relies on making yourself and your story so unique that people want to reach out to you directly. You never have to worry about chasing people, because you have a steady stream of interested prospects coming to you.

    The Core Principles

    1. Focus on Curiosity, Not Company Names: Never plaster your company logo, product name, or signup link all over your profile. The moment people see the company name, they Google it, make assumptions, and never talk to you. Keep the curiosity alive.
    2. Tackle Real Pains and Problems: Ask yourself: What is your target audience struggling with? What's keeping them stuck? Talk about the problem with empathy, and hint that you found a reliable path forward.
    3. Ask for a Micro-Action: End your posts with a simple call to action: "Comment 'GUIDE' below if you want the breakdown," or "Drop a message if you'd like to see how we did it." This gives them permission to reach out on their terms.
    4. You Are the Brand, Not the Company: Companies and products come and go. People join YOU because of who you are, how you treat them, and the value you bring to their lives. When you lead from a place of service, everything changes.

When we stopped pretending everything was perfect and started sharing our real, authentic journey—the struggles, the breakthroughs, and the practical skills we learned—people resonated with us immediately. That is the heart of attraction marketing.
